Director of Sales
Job Scope
  1. Plan, direct and coordinate the sales opportunities of sales team
  2. Develop processes and procedures for sales division as needed
  3. Build on an existing foundation of success in the marketplace using a collaborative approach with existing customers to expand offerings
  4. Define sales objectives with CEO- individual and divisional
  5. Achieve sales objectives
  6. Manage sales and sales support team to manage account relationships and client satisfaction
  7. Pipeline and forecast management
  8. Communicate with supervisors, staff, and subordinates appropriately
  9. Understand/collaborate on product development/professional development to meet customers’ needs
  10. Maintain and develop skills in the areas of product and industry knowledge

Success Factors (KSAs):
  1. Experience selling technology solutions- minimum 5 years in competitive market
  2. Experience leading and motivating a team
  3. Education and/or educational assessment field experience

District Manager
Job Scope
  1. Responsible for the overall relationship with the schools/sites to ensure a smooth operation of our program
  2. Identify and introduce other product lines into the schools as appropriate
  3. Perform outreach activities into the schools/community to promote use of IAAK services
  4. Ensure that the SES process is operating in accordance to the guidelines and in a timely manner
  5. Provide support to the direct sites as their point of contact
  6. Responsible for the overall site management (operation, staffing, analysis and performance)
  7. Delegate administrative functions to the Site Administrator and monitor the performance of the Site Administrator
  8. Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned
  9. Work as a team with Student Outcome Monitors to ensure students outcomes are optimized

Success Factors (KSAs):
  1. Bachelors or Associates Degree
  2. 3 years management experience
  3. 3 years Multi-site leadership experience
  4. Has own vehicle and able to drive to multiple site locations daily
  5. Ideal candidate will have DOE background

Developer
Job Scope
  1. Maintains corporate website to include current information about the company and its programs
  2. Works toward stream-lining processes through web services, databases, and reporting engines
  3. Maintenance of SmartKids portal site to also include data capture, reporting functions, and future enhancements
  4. Creation of web forms for field users to input data

Success Factors (KSAs):
  1. 3 years experience in similar work capacity demonstrating skill and success in website development, data extraction, and maintenance
  2. (required) Web skills to include: Java and PHP. SharePoint a plus (C# or VB)
  3. (required) Database: SQL (SQL2005, MySQL, and Access)
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with different departments to work toward project completion
  6. Willing to learn new software/languages as needed

Data Manager
Job Scope
  1. Direct, manage and performing all aspects of inputting, processing and outputting of data in the areas of student learning outcomes, program enrollment, contract processing
  2. Work closely with IT Manager to design and implement data housing tools for the purpose of data storage, maintenance and reporting, including software evaluation, logical and physical database design and implementation, and testing of database designs, applications, and backup and recovery planning
  3. Consult with department managers and others to determine information requirements and impact of curriculum design and other 3rd party interaction
  4. Planning and directing the work flow of others
  5. Ensures quality through close monitoring of data entry, discrepancy resolution, effective training and authoring and supporting policy and procedures. Will prepare work/project schedules to expedite workflow Track, verify, and resolve database discrepancies

Success Factors (KSAs):
  1. 5 years experience in data processing capacity 3 years supervisory experience
  2. Prior experience in training, mentoring and evaluating staff
  3. Excel/Access King/Queen!
  4. Experience in leading projects from start to finish, including pilot testing ideal
  5. Obsessed with the little details, but clear on the big picture

Administrative Assistant
Job Scope
  1. Provide administrative support to the operations, sales and curriculum in the areas of data entry, completing forms, generating reports, preparing copies and filing
  2. Support day to day operations by providing customer support via our support network via the phone and e-mail
  3. Work a set schedule of 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday with flexibility to stay late to complete projects as needed
  4. Run errands as needed

Success Factors (KSAs):
  1. 2+ years administrative experience, working in a fast paced environment
  2. Demonstrated history learning and mastering new information quickly
  3. Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Field Representative

    IAAK, Hawaii’s fastest growing provider of computer-based and e-learning instructional programs for kindergarten through 12th grade, is searching for part-time Field-Representatives to meet with families and attend special marketing events for the purpose of promoting our federally funded tutoring program.
    Field Representatives will be responsible for making daily appointments with parents to sign paperwork prior to their children beginning services with us.
    Compensation includes an hourly + bonus package. Ideal candidates should have a sales or promotions background and a flexible schedule. Candidates are required to have their own insured car and daily access to internet connection in order to be successful in this position.

Coaches/Head Coaches
Job Scope

Educate, Cultivate, Motivate!

    You believe children really are the future! Your previous experience has taught you how to make them trust you and respond to your direction. You are their greatest advocate in the classroom! You are comfortable working with them in small to medium-sized groups and are a whiz with computers.
    IAAK, Hawaii’s fastest growing provider of computer-based and e-learning instructional programs for kindergarten through 12th grade, is searching for part-time Coaches and Head Coaches to provide classroom instructional support to students in grades K-12.
    This position is part-time and will require open availability between 2-5pm (earlier on Wednesdays). There will be some administrative work required, especially for those interested in supervisory positions. Employees are required to communicate daily with their supervisors via phone and/or e-mail. Responsibilities in addition to classroom management and instruction include (but are not limited to) scheduling students for sessions, reporting daily metrics (Head Coaches), attending special marketing events and creating and maintaining relationships with partnering school personnel. Daily access to a computer and high speed internet are key success factors for the Head Coach (Supervisory) position.

Student Outcome Monitor

    IAAK, Hawaii’s fastest growing provider of computer-based and e-learning instructional programs for kindergarten through 12th grade, is searching for part-time Student Outcome Monitors to provide data analysis and daily lesson plans to ensure positive student learning outcomes!
    Student Outcome Monitors will analyze student data daily and prescribe the next action steps for our in-class and virtual support team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with students in a classroom setting, is highly analytical and adept at using Microsoft tools such as excel. Candidates must have their own computer and high speed internet connection in order to be successful in this position.

Virtual Coach

    You believe that technology is the way of the future! Students are learning via the web, and with virtual student support, they can learn anything!
    IAAK, Hawaii’s fastest growing provider of computer-based and e-learning instructional programs for kindergarten through 12th grade, is searching for part-time Virtual Coaches to provide classroom instructional support to students in grades K-12.
    Virtual Coaches will provide LIVE, web-based instructional support to our students enrolled in our web-based learning programs. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with instructional technologies as well as in-class instruction. Responsibilities include reviewing and executing daily lesson plans in a virtual learning environment. Expertise in Math and Language Arts is also desired. Daily communication via phone and e-mail to site managers and student outcome monitors is essential.
    Access to a personal computer and high-speed internet connection are required for this position.
